Article 1 - Object of the insurance
The object of this insurance is the payment, by the insurer, of any indemnity set forth in the agreement, if, during the valid term of the insurance, the insured has an accident that is guaranteed by any of the policy's cover, providing that it is established in the schedule and subject to the limits and exclusions stipulated in this agreement.
This policy includes the following cover:
A: Basic cover: compulsory cover against material damage and losses, regulated by that set forth in Article 3.A of these general conditions.
B: Optional cover: optional cover regulated by that set forth in Article 3.B of these general conditions.
