In the event of an occurrence that may require the provision of one of the services covered under this policy, the insured will contact the insurer immediately by calling, on reversed charges, the number listed on the assistance card. Where this requirement is not met, the insurer shall not be liable for the claim.
Once contact has been established, the insured will indicate his / her policy number, contact telephone number and location and will provide information regarding the circumstances of the accident and the type of assistance being requested. Upon receiving this notice, the insurer will give the necessary instructions to provide the required service.
In those cases where the expenses are to be reimbursed, may ask the insured to submit proof of the payments made.
